Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the green beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes until tender and then drain.
  3. In a skillet, sauté chopped onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Stir in the vegetable broth and soy sauce, bringing to a simmer.
  6. Add nutritional yeast, and season with salt and pepper.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Combine the green beans with the mushroom mixture and place in a baking dish.
  2. Top with bread crumbs.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
