Preparation
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread the green goddess dressing on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the avocado, cucumber, tomato, and mixed greens on one slice of bread.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the second slice of bread, dressing side down.
- Cut in half and serve.
Notes
