  • 1 pack Plant-based meat Cooked according to package instructions.
  • 2 pieces Whole wheat wraps Warm slightly before use.
  • 2 leaves Lettuce Baby spinach can also be used.
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced Fresh and ripe for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Pickles Diced or whole according to preference.
  • 1/2 cup Vegan cheese Choose a variety that melts well.
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup Can adjust amount to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard Yellow or Dijon mustard can be used.
  • 1/4 cup Onion, diced Red or yellow onion works well.
  • 1 medium Avocado Sliced or diced as per preference.

Method
 

Preparation and Cooking
  1. In a skillet, cook the plant-based meat according to package instructions.
  2. Warm the whole wheat wraps in a separate pan for a few seconds on each side.
  3. Layer the lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, diced onion, and avocado onto each wrap.
  4. Add the cooked plant-based meat on top.
  5. Sprinkle vegan cheese over the filling.
  6. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
  7. Roll the wraps tightly and slice in half.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy meal!

Notes

Serve warm, best paired with a side salad or sweet potato fries. Offer extra condiments like ketchup or mustard on the side.
